For issues with light adjustment, try pressing the switch to adjust the color and brightness, or use the remote control. Verify that the remote control has power as well.

After use, ensure the light is turned off by pressing and holding the switch on top. Leaving the light on continuously can damage the bulb, so it's essential to turn it off immediately after use to extend the lamp's lifespan.

Inspect the area where the light bulb is located for any water presence, as water ingress can render the light unusable. If water is detected, you may need to request a return or exchange.
